This Acceptable Use Policy forms part of any agreement, order form, subscription terms, Terms of Service, or other arrangement governing your use of WardrobeIt.
By accessing or using WardrobeIt, you agree to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy.
If you do not agree with this Acceptable Use Policy, you must not access or use WardrobeIt.
About WardrobeIt
WardrobeIt provides AI-assisted ecommerce services that may include:
- An AI Shopping Assistant
- Conversational product discovery
- Merchant-catalog product recommendations
- Product questions and store guidance
- Product comparisons
- Size and fit guidance
- Virtual Try-On
- Complete-the-Look experiences
- Product and variant selection
- Cart-related functionality
- Merchant analytics
- Store and catalog integrations
- The WardrobeIt Merchant Portal
- Related ecommerce and technical services
The exact features available depend on the merchant’s subscription, configuration, implementation, product eligibility, connected services, and applicable agreement.
In this Acceptable Use Policy:
- “WardrobeIt,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to WardrobeIt.
- “Services” means the WardrobeIt website, Merchant Portal, AI Shopping Assistant, Virtual Try-On, integrations, analytics, application interfaces, storefront components, and related services.
- “Merchant” means an ecommerce business or organization using WardrobeIt.
- “User” means any merchant, employee, contractor, administrator, shopper, website visitor, or other person accessing the Services.
- “Content” means text, images, product data, catalog information, prompts, questions, files, instructions, policies, communications, and other information submitted to or processed through the Services.
General Use Requirement
You may use WardrobeIt only:
- For lawful purposes
- In accordance with your agreement with WardrobeIt
- In accordance with this Acceptable Use Policy
- In accordance with applicable privacy, consumer-protection, intellectual-property, ecommerce, advertising, sanctions, and technology laws
- In a manner that does not harm WardrobeIt, merchants, shoppers, service providers, or other users
- Within the usage limits, permissions, and product functionality made available to you
You are responsible for your conduct, your authorized users, your account activity, your Content, your store configuration, and your use of WardrobeIt outputs.
Prohibited Illegal Activity
You must not use WardrobeIt to engage in, encourage, facilitate, promote, conceal, or support unlawful activity.
Prohibited activity includes:
- Fraud
- Theft
- Money laundering
- Bribery
- Extortion
- Tax evasion
- Identity theft
- Payment fraud
- Counterfeiting
- Forgery
- Trafficking
- Unlawful gambling
- Unlawful financial activity
- Illegal surveillance
- Unlawful discrimination
- Unlawful sale or promotion of restricted goods
- Violations of consumer-protection laws
- Violations of sanctions or export-control laws
- Violations of privacy or data-protection laws
- Violations of intellectual-property rights
- Attempts to conceal or assist unlawful activity
You must not use WardrobeIt to create the appearance that illegal products, services, transactions, or activities are approved, verified, endorsed, or supported by WardrobeIt.
Unauthorized Access and Security Abuse
You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to WardrobeIt, another merchant’s account, another user’s information, connected stores, technical infrastructure, databases, systems, credentials, or networks.
You must not:
- Access an account without authorization
- Use another person’s credentials
- Share credentials with unauthorized persons
- Circumvent authentication or access controls
- Bypass account permissions
- Test vulnerabilities without written authorization
- Conduct penetration testing without written authorization
- Scan ports, networks, applications, or infrastructure without permission
- Attempt to obtain administrator privileges
- Access another merchant’s catalog, conversations, analytics, or customer data
- Interfere with tenant separation or merchant-specific data boundaries
- Extract access keys, tokens, secrets, credentials, or configuration details
- Attempt to discover or expose system prompts or internal security instructions
- Exploit an error, vulnerability, or technical weakness
- Use compromised devices, accounts, or credentials
- Help another person perform unauthorized access
If you discover a possible security vulnerability, you must not exploit it or publicly disclose it in a way that creates additional risk.
You should report the issue promptly to:

Service Interference
You must not interfere with the availability, integrity, security, performance, or proper operation of WardrobeIt.
You must not:
- Introduce malware, ransomware, spyware, viruses, worms, or harmful code
- Conduct denial-of-service or distributed denial-of-service attacks
- Overload the Services with excessive requests
- Circumvent usage limits or rate limits
- Generate artificial traffic
- Create excessive automated sessions
- Deliberately trigger repeated errors
- Disrupt storefront components
- Interfere with another merchant’s use of the Services
- Manipulate technical logs or security events
- Disable monitoring or security tools
- Use WardrobeIt as part of a botnet
- Use automated tools in a way that materially harms service performance
- Attempt to degrade Virtual Try-On, catalog synchronization, analytics, or assistant functionality
- Interfere with connected ecommerce platforms or third-party services
WardrobeIt may apply technical limits, rate controls, access restrictions, or other protections to maintain service reliability and security.
Reverse Engineering and Circumvention
Except where applicable law expressly permits the activity and does not allow it to be restricted by contract, you must not:
- Reverse engineer the Services
- Decompile or disassemble software
- Attempt to discover source code
- Copy proprietary workflows
- Reconstruct internal model instructions
- Circumvent technical protections
- Bypass subscription or feature restrictions
- Remove security controls
- Disable usage enforcement
- Replicate proprietary recommendation or orchestration systems
- Extract internal prompts, model configurations, scoring logic, or confidential documentation
- Use the Services to develop a substantially similar competing product through unauthorized extraction
You must not use automated extraction, repeated queries, or other techniques to reproduce a substantial part of WardrobeIt’s proprietary systems, content, documentation, or interfaces.
Scraping and Automated Collection
You must not scrape, crawl, harvest, copy, or extract information from WardrobeIt except through an expressly authorized feature or written agreement.
Prohibited activities include:
- Scraping merchant information without authorization
- Harvesting shopper conversations
- Extracting product data from another merchant
- Collecting email addresses or personal information
- Using bots to copy dashboards
- Bulk downloading analytics without authorization
- Using automated tools to reconstruct WardrobeIt interfaces
- Collecting training data from WardrobeIt without permission
- Circumventing export limits
- Using browser automation to avoid access restrictions
Authorized application interfaces, exports, or integration tools must be used only according to their documentation, permissions, rate limits, and applicable agreement.
Artificial Intelligence Misuse
You must not use WardrobeIt’s Artificial Intelligence capabilities to:
- Generate illegal instructions
- Facilitate fraud or deception
- Impersonate another person or organization
- Create misleading claims about products
- Produce discriminatory recommendations
- Manipulate vulnerable individuals
- Conduct unlawful surveillance
- Infer highly sensitive characteristics without a lawful basis
- Make decisions that unlawfully deny goods, services, opportunities, or rights
- Generate harassment, threats, or abusive content
- Bypass product safeguards
- Extract confidential information
- Reveal another merchant’s information
- Manipulate assistant outputs through malicious prompts
- Inject instructions intended to override security or merchant rules
- Create false product availability, pricing, policies, offers, or guarantees
- Use outputs as verified professional advice where qualified professional review is required
You must not deliberately provide false, misleading, manipulated, or incomplete data in order to cause WardrobeIt to generate deceptive shopper-facing outputs.
You remain responsible for reviewing the accuracy and appropriateness of information you configure, publish, or rely upon.
Prompt Injection and Model Manipulation
You must not use prompts, files, product descriptions, catalog fields, website content, integrations, or other inputs to:
- Override WardrobeIt security instructions
- Reveal confidential prompts
- Reveal access credentials
- Access another merchant’s data
- Cause unauthorized actions
- Disable merchant restrictions
- Evade content protections
- Manipulate product recommendations unlawfully
- Trigger unsupported offers
- Create false analytics events
- Alter cart information without authorization
- Cause the assistant to ignore applicable policies
- Introduce malicious instructions into connected content
Merchants must review third-party product data, imported content, external feeds, and user-generated content that may contain hidden or malicious instructions.
Merchant Catalog and Product Accuracy
Merchants must provide accurate, lawful, and appropriately authorized store and product information.
You must not knowingly provide or publish:
- Non-existent products
- False product descriptions
- Fabricated product features
- Misleading product images
- Incorrect prices
- False sale prices
- Invented discounts
- False stock information
- Unsupported availability claims
- Misleading size or fit information
- False delivery promises
- False return or exchange terms
- Misleading product comparisons
- Deceptive testimonials
- Fake reviews
- Counterfeit goods
- Products you are not authorized to sell
Merchants are responsible for ensuring that product, inventory, variant, pricing, shipping, return, exchange, promotion, and policy information remains accurate.
WardrobeIt must not be used to conceal material product limitations or mislead shoppers about what they are purchasing.
Catalog Boundaries
You must not attempt to configure WardrobeIt to access, expose, or recommend products from another merchant’s private catalog without authorization.
You must not:
- Import a competitor’s private data without permission
- Present another merchant’s product as your own
- Misrepresent the source of a product
- Use unlawfully obtained catalog data
- Circumvent merchant-specific catalog boundaries
- Manipulate the assistant to expose cross-merchant information
- Create unauthorized marketplace aggregation using WardrobeIt
Merchants must have the necessary ownership, license, permission, or other legal right to submit product information and images to WardrobeIt.
Pricing, Promotions, and Offers
You must not use WardrobeIt to create or present misleading pricing, offers, discounts, or promotional conditions.
You must not:
- Invent discount codes
- Advertise a false original price
- Create fake urgency
- Falsely claim limited availability
- Misrepresent free-shipping eligibility
- Hide material offer conditions
- Apply an unauthorized promotion
- Present expired offers as active
- Misrepresent bundle savings
- Falsely identify a shopper as eligible
- Discriminate unlawfully between shoppers
- Use deceptive countdown timers
- Change cart prices without authorization
- Apply an offer after consent has been withdrawn
- Present a discount that violates merchant rules
Any promotion presented through WardrobeIt must be merchant-approved, accurate, active, and supported by the applicable store configuration.
Where margin-aware or automated offer functionality is available, merchants remain responsible for setting lawful eligibility rules, limits, exclusions, and approval conditions.
Size, Fit, and Product Suitability
WardrobeIt may provide guidance based on merchant information, product data, shopper inputs, and enabled features.
You must not represent WardrobeIt as guaranteeing:
- Physical fit
- Exact sizing
- Medical suitability
- Safety
- Comfort
- Performance
- Material compatibility
- Product durability
- Exact appearance
- A particular personal outcome
Merchants must not configure size or fit guidance using knowingly inaccurate, discriminatory, or unsupported information.
Where a product requires professional fitting, safety review, medical advice, or another specialized assessment, WardrobeIt must not be presented as a substitute for that assessment.
Virtual Try-On Acceptable Use
Virtual Try-On may allow users to upload, capture, process, or generate images.
You may upload or use an image only when:
- You own the image
- You have permission to use it
- You have authority to submit it for processing
- The image does not violate another person’s rights
- The image complies with applicable law
- Any required consent has been obtained
You must not use Virtual Try-On to:
- Upload another person’s image without permission
- Create non-consensual intimate imagery
- Sexualize a person without consent
- Sexualize a child
- Generate child sexual-abuse material
- Harass, threaten, shame, or humiliate a person
- Create deceptive impersonations
- Misrepresent a person’s endorsement
- Create fraudulent identity documents
- Conduct biometric identification
- Identify an unknown person
- Infer sensitive personal characteristics unlawfully
- Create defamatory imagery
- Create discriminatory imagery
- Create unlawful political deception
- Facilitate stalking or surveillance
- Generate violent or exploitative content
- Remove lawful ownership or rights information
- Violate copyright, publicity, privacy, or personality rights
You must not submit images containing unlawful, explicit, exploitative, abusive, or highly sensitive material.
Virtual Try-On is intended to provide a visual product preview. You must not represent a generated image as a guarantee of exact fit, size, scale, colour, texture, fabric behaviour, or real-world appearance.
Children and Minors
WardrobeIt is not designed for unlawful collection or processing of children’s personal information.
You must not:
- Direct children to use WardrobeIt unlawfully
- Collect children’s information without required authorization
- Request unnecessary information from a child
- Upload a child’s image without lawful parental or guardian authorization
- Target children with prohibited advertising
- Manipulate children into purchases
- Use dark patterns against minors
- Generate exploitative or sexual content involving minors
- Facilitate grooming, trafficking, or abuse
- Use WardrobeIt in a manner that violates children’s privacy or safety laws
Merchants serving minors must complete all required legal, consent, age-assurance, safety, and privacy reviews before enabling relevant WardrobeIt features.
Privacy and Personal Information
You must process personal information through WardrobeIt lawfully and transparently.
You must not:
- Collect personal information without a lawful purpose
- Collect more information than reasonably necessary
- Use personal information for an undisclosed purpose
- Upload personal information without authority
- Sell or disclose information unlawfully
- Conduct unlawful profiling
- Track individuals without required notice or consent
- Use shopper information for unrelated advertising without a lawful basis
- Attempt to identify anonymous users unlawfully
- Combine data sources in a prohibited manner
- Reidentify de-identified information
- Circumvent privacy choices
- Ignore valid deletion or opt-out requests
- Use sensitive personal information unlawfully
- Use WardrobeIt for covert surveillance
Merchants are responsible for providing required privacy notices, obtaining consent where necessary, responding to privacy requests, and configuring cookies and tracking technologies lawfully.
Sensitive Information
You must not submit sensitive information unless:
- The applicable WardrobeIt feature expressly supports it
- Processing is necessary
- Processing is lawful
- Required notices and consent have been provided
- Appropriate safeguards are in place
- WardrobeIt has approved the processing where required
Sensitive information may include:
- Government identification numbers
- Payment-card numbers
- Financial-account credentials
- Account passwords
- Authentication codes
- Health information
- Genetic information
- Biometric identifiers used for identification
- Precise geolocation
- Racial or ethnic origin
- Religious or philosophical beliefs
- Political opinions
- Trade-union membership
- Sexual orientation or sex-life information
- Criminal records
- Information concerning children
- Information classified as sensitive under applicable law
You must not enter payment-card details, passwords, authentication codes, government identification numbers, or similarly sensitive credentials into general assistant conversations.
Intellectual Property
You must respect copyright, trademark, patent, design, database, publicity, personality, and other proprietary rights.
You must not use WardrobeIt to:
- Upload infringing content
- Copy product images without permission
- Use unauthorized trademarks
- Sell counterfeit goods
- Remove copyright notices
- Remove ownership information
- Circumvent digital rights protections
- Republish protected content without authorization
- Misrepresent the origin of content
- Create confusingly similar branding
- Infringe design rights
- Violate a person’s publicity or personality rights
- Assist another person in intellectual-property infringement
You must have all rights necessary to submit Content to WardrobeIt and permit its processing for the Services.
WardrobeIt may remove or restrict access to Content that appears to violate intellectual-property rights or applicable law.
Fraud, Deception, and Impersonation
You must not use WardrobeIt to deceive shoppers, merchants, employees, service providers, or third parties.
You must not:
- Impersonate a person or organization
- Create fake merchant accounts
- Falsely claim affiliation
- Misrepresent product origin
- Falsify shopper reviews
- Generate deceptive testimonials
- Manipulate analytics
- Create fake orders
- Generate false cart events
- Conceal material commercial terms
- Falsely claim certification or approval
- Conduct phishing
- Request credentials deceptively
- Distribute malicious links
- Promote pyramid schemes
- Facilitate investment fraud
- Facilitate payment fraud
- Misrepresent Artificial Intelligence output as verified human expertise
Merchants must identify themselves accurately and must not use WardrobeIt to conceal who is responsible for the applicable store, product, promotion, or customer relationship.
Harassment, Hate, and Abuse
You must not use WardrobeIt to create, distribute, request, encourage, or facilitate:
- Harassment
- Bullying
- Stalking
- Threats
- Intimidation
- Doxxing
- Defamation
- Degrading abuse
- Hate speech
- Discrimination
- Dehumanizing content
- Targeted humiliation
- Incitement to violence
- Praise or support for violent extremist activity
You must not target a person or group based on protected characteristics in a manner that violates applicable law or creates a risk of harm.
Sexual and Exploitative Content
You must not use WardrobeIt to create, process, distribute, or promote:
- Child sexual-abuse material
- Sexual content involving minors
- Non-consensual intimate imagery
- Sexual exploitation
- Trafficking
- Coercive sexual content
- Sexual extortion
- Voyeuristic content
- Unlawfully explicit content
- Content designed to sexualize a person without consent
Any suspected child sexual exploitation may be reported to the appropriate authorities where required by law.
Violence and Dangerous Activity
You must not use WardrobeIt to facilitate:
- Terrorism
- Violent extremist activity
- Credible threats
- Targeted violence
- Kidnapping
- Human trafficking
- Weapon construction
- Explosive construction
- Deliberate physical harm
- Evasion of law enforcement
- Harmful sabotage
- Instructions intended to cause serious injury
This restriction does not prevent lawful, non-operational discussion of safety, prevention, news, education, compliance, or historical topics.
Restricted and Regulated Products
You must not use WardrobeIt to market, sell, recommend, or facilitate a product or service that is unlawful in the applicable jurisdiction.
Restricted or regulated categories may include:
- Illegal drugs
- Controlled substances
- Counterfeit medication
- Unlawful weapons
- Explosives
- Stolen goods
- Counterfeit goods
- Human organs
- Protected wildlife
- Sanctions-restricted goods
- Illegal surveillance tools
- Malicious software
- Fraudulent financial products
- Unlawful gambling services
- Products requiring licenses that the merchant does not hold
- Age-restricted products sold without legally required controls
Merchants offering regulated products are responsible for:
- Holding required licenses
- Applying age restrictions
- Providing required warnings
- Restricting applicable markets
- Verifying customer eligibility
- Complying with advertising restrictions
- Following payment and shipping requirements
- Preventing prohibited recommendations
WardrobeIt may prohibit categories that create unacceptable legal, security, safety, or reputational risk even where those categories may be lawful in limited circumstances.
Sanctions and Export Controls
You must not use WardrobeIt if doing so would violate applicable economic sanctions, trade restrictions, or export-control laws.
You represent that:
- You are not prohibited from using the Services under applicable sanctions laws
- You will not provide the Services to a prohibited person
- You will not use WardrobeIt for a prohibited transaction
- You will not evade geographic or account restrictions
- You will not provide controlled technology unlawfully
- You will not conceal the identity or location of a restricted party
WardrobeIt may restrict access, reject transactions, suspend accounts, or request compliance information where sanctions or export-control concerns arise.
Spam and Unsolicited Communications
You must not use WardrobeIt to send spam or unlawful communications.
You must not:
- Send unsolicited commercial messages unlawfully
- Harvest contact details
- Purchase unlawfully obtained contact lists
- Conceal the sender’s identity
- Use misleading subject lines
- Ignore unsubscribe requests
- Send repeated unwanted messages
- Conduct phishing campaigns
- Distribute malware
- Circumvent communication limits
- Send messages without required consent
- Violate applicable telemarketing, email, SMS, or messaging laws
Where WardrobeIt supports communications, the merchant is responsible for consent, suppression lists, sender identification, unsubscribe functionality, message content, timing, and legal compliance.
Advertising and Consumer Protection
You must not use WardrobeIt to create or communicate deceptive, unfair, or misleading advertising.
You must not:
- Make unsupported performance claims
- Make false environmental claims
- Create fake scarcity
- Conceal sponsorships
- Misrepresent endorsements
- Publish fake reviews
- Hide material limitations
- Omit required disclosures
- Use misleading before-and-after images
- Falsely claim guaranteed results
- Target consumers unlawfully
- Use manipulative interface designs
- Misrepresent AI-generated content as authentic customer evidence
Merchants are responsible for ensuring that product claims, advertisements, promotions, and shopper communications can be substantiated.
Discrimination and High-Impact Decisions
WardrobeIt must not be used to make unlawful or discriminatory decisions concerning:
- Employment
- Housing
- Credit
- Lending
- Insurance
- Education
- Healthcare
- Legal services
- Government benefits
- Access to essential services
- Other high-impact areas
You must not use WardrobeIt to unlawfully exclude, rank, target, price, or treat individuals differently based on protected or sensitive characteristics.
WardrobeIt is designed for ecommerce shopping assistance and must not be repurposed as an automated high-impact decision-making system without WardrobeIt’s written approval and appropriate legal safeguards.
Professional and Safety-Critical Advice
You must not present WardrobeIt as a substitute for qualified professional advice.
WardrobeIt must not be relied upon to provide:
- Legal advice
- Medical advice
- Mental-health treatment
- Financial advice
- Tax advice
- Emergency guidance
- Product safety certification
- Regulatory approval
- Professional engineering advice
- Other advice requiring a licensed or qualified professional
You are responsible for adding appropriate disclosures where shopper questions concern professional, regulated, or safety-critical matters.
Account and Credential Responsibilities
You must:
- Provide accurate account information
- Maintain secure credentials
- Restrict access to authorized users
- Use appropriate user roles
- Remove access when no longer required
- Protect store tokens and keys
- Notify WardrobeIt of suspected compromise
- Review account activity
- Keep contact information current
You must not:
- Sell or rent your account
- Share an account with unauthorized users
- Create accounts using false identities
- Avoid suspension by creating another account
- Transfer access without authorization
- Publish credentials
- Store credentials in public systems
- Use credentials obtained unlawfully
You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless applicable law or your agreement states otherwise.
Resale and Unauthorized Commercialization
You must not resell, sublicense, white-label, distribute, or commercially exploit WardrobeIt unless expressly permitted by a written agreement.
You must not:
- Resell account access
- Offer WardrobeIt as your own software without authorization
- Allow unauthorized third parties to access your account
- Use one merchant account for unrelated businesses
- Bypass plan restrictions
- Create an unauthorized managed service
- Copy WardrobeIt documentation for commercial distribution
- Use WardrobeIt trademarks without permission
Authorized partners, agencies, and resellers must comply with their applicable agreement and remain responsible for the users they administer.
Usage Limits and Fair Use
You must use WardrobeIt within your applicable:
- Plan limits
- Feature limits
- Conversation limits
- Virtual Try-On limits
- Storage limits
- API limits
- User limits
- Store limits
- Catalog limits
- Rate limits
- Geographic restrictions
You must not artificially distribute one account across multiple unrelated merchants to avoid applicable fees or limits.
WardrobeIt may temporarily restrict activity that creates unusual load, security risk, excessive cost, or service degradation.
Beta, Preview, and Roadmap Features
WardrobeIt may make beta, preview, experimental, early-access, or roadmap features available.
You acknowledge that these features may:
- Be incomplete
- Change without notice
- Have limited availability
- Contain errors
- Produce inconsistent results
- Be withdrawn
- Have separate restrictions
- Require additional consent
- Require additional security review
- Not be suitable for production use
You must not publicly represent a preview or roadmap capability as generally available without WardrobeIt’s authorization.
You must not use an experimental feature for sensitive, regulated, high-risk, or safety-critical processing without written approval.
Monitoring and Investigation
WardrobeIt may monitor the use of the Services to the extent reasonably necessary to:
- Operate the Services
- Enforce this Acceptable Use Policy
- Protect users and merchants
- Prevent fraud
- Detect abuse
- Investigate security concerns
- Respond to legal requests
- Maintain service reliability
- Verify compliance with usage limits
Monitoring may include review of account activity, technical logs, support records, usage patterns, system events, and Content where reasonably necessary and legally permitted.
WardrobeIt does not undertake a general obligation to monitor every user, conversation, product, or merchant activity.
Reporting Violations
You may report suspected abuse, unlawful activity, security concerns, intellectual-property violations, or breaches of this Acceptable Use Policy by contacting:

Include enough information for WardrobeIt to assess the report, such as:
- The merchant or account involved
- The relevant webpage or store
- A description of the concern
- Supporting evidence
- The date of the activity
- Your contact information
- Any immediate safety or security risk
Do not submit false, misleading, abusive, or retaliatory reports.
Enforcement
If WardrobeIt reasonably believes that this Acceptable Use Policy has been violated, WardrobeIt may take action including:
- Issuing a warning
- Requesting additional information
- Requiring corrective action
- Removing or restricting Content
- Disabling a feature
- Blocking a request
- Limiting usage
- Suspending an authorized user
- Suspending an account
- Terminating access
- Preserving relevant evidence
- Notifying an affected merchant
- Notifying a service provider
- Reporting activity to authorities where required
- Taking legal action
- Applying another remedy permitted by the applicable agreement or law
WardrobeIt may take immediate action where activity presents a credible risk involving:
- Security
- Fraud
- Child safety
- Physical harm
- Illegal content
- Privacy violations
- Sanctions
- Intellectual-property infringement
- Service disruption
- Harm to another merchant or shopper
Where appropriate and legally permitted, WardrobeIt may provide notice and an opportunity to correct the issue.
Suspension and Termination
WardrobeIt may suspend or terminate access where:
- Use violates this Acceptable Use Policy
- Use violates the applicable agreement
- Use creates a security risk
- Use may expose WardrobeIt or another party to legal liability
- Use harms service availability
- Required payment remains overdue
- Account information is false
- Credentials are compromised
- A government or legal authority requires action
- A merchant fails to complete required compliance measures
- Continued access creates unacceptable risk
Suspension or termination does not prevent WardrobeIt from pursuing other available rights or remedies.
Obligations concerning confidentiality, intellectual property, investigations, liability, and prohibited use may continue after access ends.
Cooperation with Investigations
You agree to cooperate reasonably with investigations involving suspected:
- Fraud
- Security abuse
- Unauthorized access
- Privacy violations
- Intellectual-property infringement
- Harmful content
- Sanctions violations
- Service interference
- Other unlawful or prohibited activity
WardrobeIt may preserve and disclose information where required or permitted by law, the applicable agreement, a valid legal process, or an immediate safety need.
No Waiver
WardrobeIt’s failure to enforce a provision of this Acceptable Use Policy in one instance does not waive its right to enforce the same or another provision later.
Relationship with Other Terms
This Acceptable Use Policy should be read together with WardrobeIt’s:
- Terms of Service
- Privacy Policy
- Cookie Policy
- Data Processing Addendum
- Virtual Try-On and Image Privacy Notice
- Security information
- Merchant agreement
- Applicable order form
- Additional product-specific terms
If a conflict exists, the order of priority stated in the applicable agreement will apply.
Changes to This Acceptable Use Policy
WardrobeIt may update this Acceptable Use Policy to reflect:
- Changes to the Services
- New features
- New security risks
- New forms of abuse
- Legal or regulatory requirements
- Changes to product availability
- Changes to enforcement practices
- Changes to business operations
The “Last Updated” date at the top identifies the most recent revision.
Where required, WardrobeIt may provide notice of material changes through:
- The WardrobeIt website
- The Merchant Portal
- An account notice
- Another reasonable communication method
Your continued use of the Services after an updated Acceptable Use Policy becomes effective constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
