In this Cookie Policy, “WardrobeIt,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to WardrobeIt.
This Cookie Policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information.
What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that websites place on your browser or device.
Cookies can help a website recognize your browser, maintain an active session, remember preferences, support security, understand how services are used, and provide relevant functionality.
Some cookies remain on your device only while your browser is open. These are commonly called session cookies.

A cookie may be associated with information such as:
- A session identifier
- A device or browser identifier
- Login status
- Language or interface preferences
- Cookie choices

Cookies do not always identify you directly by name, but information collected through cookies may be considered personal information or personal data under applicable privacy laws.

First-party cookies are set by the website or service you are visiting.
WardrobeIt may use first-party cookies to:
- Maintain sessions
- Remember privacy choices
- Support authentication
- Preserve assistant context

Third-party cookies are set by another organization whose technology is used through the website or service.
Depending on the active implementation, third-party providers may support:
- Website analytics

- Payment processing
- Communications
- Security
- Fraud prevention
- Virtual Try-On processing

Third-party providers may use information according to their own privacy notices, contractual obligations, and the instructions provided by WardrobeIt or the merchant.
WardrobeIt does not control the independent privacy practices of every third-party service used by a merchant.

Session cookies generally remain active only during the current browser session.
They may support:

Where available, the current cookie name, provider, purpose, category, and duration can be reviewed through the Cookie Settings interface.
Cookie Consent
Where required by applicable law, WardrobeIt requests consent before placing or accessing cookies that are not strictly necessary.
Consent should be:
- Freely given
- Specific
- Informed
- Unambiguous
- Provided through a clear affirmative action
Current regulatory guidance states that consent must be actively and clearly given and that users should receive clear information about the purpose of the technologies and the choices available. (ICO)
When the cookie banner appears, you may be able to:
- Accept all cookies
- Reject non-essential cookies
- Select cookie categories
- Review cookie details
- Save your preferences
Rejecting non-essential cookies should not prevent access to the basic WardrobeIt website, although certain optional features, analytics, or personalized functionality may be unavailable.
How to Change Your Cookie Preferences
You can change your choices at any time through the Cookie Settings link available in the website footer or cookie banner.
Changing your preferences will apply to future use of cookies on the applicable browser or device.
Your previous consent choice may be stored in a necessary cookie so we can remember your preference.
You may need to update your choices separately when:
- You use another browser
- You use another device
- You delete browser cookies
- You browse privately
- You visit a different merchant’s store
- Your browser does not share settings across devices
Browser Controls
Most browsers allow you to:
- Review stored cookies
- Delete cookies
- Block all cookies
- Block third-party cookies
- Receive a notice before cookies are stored
- Clear cookies when the browser closes
- Restrict site storage
Browser controls vary by provider and version.
Blocking all cookies may prevent login, session, shopping-assistant, cart, preference, or Merchant Portal functions from operating correctly.
Mobile Device Controls
Mobile devices and applications may provide privacy controls for:
- Advertising identifiers
- App tracking
- Camera permissions
- Image access
- Local storage
- Location permissions
- Analytics
- Notifications
You can review these controls through your device settings.
Disabling a device permission may prevent a feature that depends on that permission from working.
Opt-Out Preference Signals
Some browsers and extensions allow users to send an opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, to communicate a request concerning the sale or sharing of personal information.
Where WardrobeIt is legally required to recognize an applicable opt-out preference signal, and where WardrobeIt engages in the activity covered by the signal, we will process the signal according to applicable law and the technical context in which it is received.
California requires covered businesses that sell or share personal information to treat qualifying opt-out preference signals as opt-out requests. (California Privacy Protection Agency)
WardrobeIt does not use shopper conversations or Virtual Try-On images to provide unrelated third parties with cross-context behavioural advertising.
Do Not Track
Some browsers provide a “Do Not Track” setting.
Because there is no single universally implemented technical standard for all Do Not Track signals, our response may depend on the applicable law, browser signal, and active technology.
Where a legally recognized opt-out signal applies, WardrobeIt will process it as required by applicable law.
