In these circumstances, the merchant may act as the controller or business, while WardrobeIt may act as a processor, service provider, or contractor.
If you are a shopper and wish to exercise a privacy right relating to information controlled by a merchant, you may need to contact that merchant directly. WardrobeIt may assist the merchant in responding to valid requests where required.

Shoppers should upload only images that they have the legal right to use. Shoppers should not upload images of another person without that person’s permission.
The Virtual Try-On experience may provide additional information about image requirements, consent, processing, retention, and deletion before an image is submitted.

WardrobeIt is designed to ground store-specific product recommendations in the merchant’s connected catalog. However, AI-generated responses may occasionally be incomplete, inaccurate, or require clarification.
WardrobeIt should not be relied upon for legal, medical, financial, safety-critical, or other professional advice.
WardrobeIt does not use the shopping assistant to make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on individuals.
Virtual Try-On Image Processing
Virtual Try-On is an optional visual product-evaluation feature.
When you submit an image:
- The image is processed to generate the requested try-on preview
- The selected merchant product may be applied to the generated preview
- Technical service providers may process the image under contractual restrictions
- Processing may involve infrastructure located in another country
- Results may be stored temporarily or according to the applicable merchant and product configuration
- Generated results may not represent exact fit, scale, colour, material, fabric movement, or real-world appearance
WardrobeIt may retain limited technical information about a try-on session for security, troubleshooting, usage measurement, and service operation.
Where saved try-on history or similar functionality is enabled, images or generated results may be retained until deleted, until the feature’s retention period expires, or until the associated account or session is removed.
Where saved history is not enabled, raw images may be retained only for the time reasonably necessary to complete processing, protect the service, investigate errors, or satisfy applicable legal requirements.
The applicable upload interface or merchant notice may provide more specific information about the image-processing configuration.

WardrobeIt is not designed or directed toward children under 13 or any higher minimum age required by applicable law.

Merchants should not configure or promote WardrobeIt for children without completing the required legal, consent, privacy, safety, and product review.
Children should not upload images or use Virtual Try-On without authorization from a parent or legal guardian where such authorization is required.
