How do I get started with WardrobeIt?

Choose Apply to Get Started, book a personalized demo, or log in if you already have an account. WardrobeIt can then guide your team through workspace setup, store connection, assistant configuration, testing, and launch readiness.

Do I need a Shopify store to get started?

Shopify is the current primary connection and the recommended path for controlled onboarding. WooCommerce is planned and not a live connector today. Custom or headless environments require technical review before implementation can begin.

Is the WardrobeIt onboarding process secure?

Onboarding follows merchant-controlled permissions, catalog grounding, and approved access routes. Credentials, tokens, and payment-card details should never be shared through support forms. Detailed processing and retention statements live on the legal privacy pages.

Read the Privacy Policy
Can I start a free trial?

Do not rely on a static FAQ answer for current trial access, plan inclusions, or billing terms. Verified pricing and access options live on the Pricing page and should reflect the active pricing system or accepted agreement.

Check Current Access
How long does setup take?

Timing depends on catalog readiness, store-connection complexity, approved knowledge coverage, testing depth, and merchant approval. WardrobeIt does not publish a storefront experience automatically — launch happens after required checks and merchant review, so no fixed go-live window is promised here.

What should I prepare before onboarding?

Have an active storefront or approved test environment, product catalog details (products, variants, images, pricing), Shopify or reviewed platform access, merchant-approved product and policy information, and a setup owner who can test journeys and approve publication.
