Plans, Usage & Billing

Manage your WardrobeIt plan, usage limits, billing details, invoices, and subscription changes from one merchant workspace.

Use this page to review your active subscription, monitor current-period usage, update payment details, download invoices, and understand what changes before you upgrade, downgrade, or cancel.

This is account-management help — not a pricing page. Plan names, charges, and limits come from your approved billing configuration.

3. Usage and Limits

Understand how your store is using WardrobeIt

Track current-period usage against the allowances included in your active plan. Usage values should come from real account data — do not display percentages, limits, or remaining allowance unless the system can verify them.

6. Change, Downgrade, or Cancel Subscription

Manage subscription changes with clarity

Before a plan change, downgrade, billing-cycle change, or cancellation, WardrobeIt should clearly explain what changes and when. Never hide cancellation inside an unrelated menu.

Before you confirm, review:

  • Effective date
  • Plan capability changes
  • Usage limit changes
  • Storefront impact
  • Connected store impact
  • Virtual try-on availability, where relevant
  • Team access impact, where relevant
  • Data access implications
  • Remaining charges, credits, or refunds, where applicable

7. Billing Troubleshooting

Fix common plan, usage, and billing issues

Use these checks before contacting support.

Usage may need time to sync after active sessions, assistant events, catalog changes, or try-on activity. Check the billing period, reset date, connected store, and usage filters first.
